Easy Tahini Caesar Dressing (No Mayo, Vegan)

This tahini caesar dressing comes together in just 5 minutes with no blender needed. Made without mayo, oil, or dairy, this vegan caesar is just as creamy and tangy as the traditional dressing. It’s perfect for salads, wraps, or as a dipping sauce!

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon caper juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon or brown mustard
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon capers minced
  • 1 small clove garlic grated
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened non-dairy milk (I use almond)

Instructions
 

  • Grate the garlic clove and mince the capers.
  • In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the non-dairy milk until smooth.
    ¼ cup tahini, 3 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon water, 1 teaspoon caper juice, 1 teaspoon Dijon or brown mustard, 1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave, ¼ teaspoon sea salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon capers, 1 small clove garlic
  • Add the non-dairy milk and whisk again until creamy and well combined. Enjoy!
    2 tablespoon unsweetened non-dairy milk

Notes

If the dressing gets too thick, add water 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
